A digital transformation project can be a major undertaking for any organization, whether large or small. So understandably there can be challenges and issues along the way. Confronting these issues is key to a successful digital transformation.
McKinsey and Company have suggested that a large portion of RPA initiatives fail, due to technical complexities, fragility or the time it takes to evolve bots as requirements change.
